1. Custom Manufacturing Orders

  • All products — including samples and bulk orders — are custom-made based on the customer’s specifications such as color, fabric, print, and size.
  • Once a sample or bulk order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
  • We encourage all customers to review details carefully and discuss with our sales team before confirming an order.

2. Pricing & Product Information

  • All prices, product details, and availability are subject to change without prior notice, based on material costs, design complexity, and production timelines.
  • Quotations shared by our team are valid for a limited period (as mentioned in the quotation).
  • GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per Government norms.

3. Payments

  • Orders are accepted only after receipt of the advance payment as agreed.
  • Production begins once the advance is received and specifications are confirmed.
  • The balance payment must be cleared before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, product images, designs, and content available on www.prasaninnovative.com are the intellectual property of Prasan Innovative.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content, photographs, or materials without written permission from Prasan Innovative.
  • Customers must ensure that any designs, logos, or artwork shared for production do not infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks. We will not be responsible for any violations arising from customer-provided materials.

5. Service Right

Prasan Innovative reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization at any time and for any reason, particularly if an order violates our ethical, legal, or business standards.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines depend on the order size, type of customization, and destination.
  • Once goods are dispatched, delivery timelines are handled by logistics partners, and Prasan Innovative will not be liable for any courier or transit delays.
