At Prasan Innovative, we take great care in ensuring your custom-manufactured garments are delivered safely and on time.

Our shipping timelines vary depending on the type of order, level of customization, and delivery location.

1. Sample Orders

  • All confirmed sample orders are dispatched within 10–14 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment.
  • Timelines may vary based on fabric availability, printing/embroidery processes, and design complexity.
  • For urgent sample requirements, please contact our sales team before placing your order to confirm feasibility.

2. Bulk Orders

  • Once the bulk order is approved and confirmed, the estimated production and shipping timeline will be shared by our production team.
  • On average, most bulk orders are completed and shipped within 45–60 working days, depending on the style, quantity, and order queue.
  • Shipping schedules are communicated in advance and tracked until delivery.

3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We ship across all major regions in India through reliable courier and logistics partners.

Typical delivery timelines after dispatch are:

  • South India: 1–2 days
  • Central India: 2–4 days
  • North India: 4–6 days
  • East India: 5–10 days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to external factors such as logistics delays, regional restrictions, or weather conditions.

4. International Shipping

We also ship globally through trusted international courier partners.

Shipping time and cost will vary depending on the destination country, mode of transport (air/sea), and order size.

For export orders, our logistics team will provide custom clearance support and shipment tracking details.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are not included in the product price unless specified otherwise.
  • Exact charges will be mentioned in your Proforma Invoice (PI) before dispatch.
  • Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll share the tracking ID and courier details with you via email or WhatsApp.

You can track your shipment status directly using the provided link or contact our support team for updates.

7. Delays or Issues

We strive to dispatch every order within the committed timeline.

However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain disruptions, transport strikes, or natural calamities.

In such cases, our team will keep you informed and work to deliver your order at the earliest possible time.
