Return & Refund Policy

At Prasan Innovative, every product is custom-manufactured based on each customer’s unique specifications — including fabric, color, design, print, and branding details.

Because of this, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy on all customized and sample orders.

1. Sample Orders

  • All sample products are made after confirmation of all details (such as color, size, fabric type, and print/embroidery).
  • Once the order is placed, no changes, returns, or refunds can be made.
  • Please ensure you have spoken with our sales team and approved the specifications before confirming your sample order.
  • All sample sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Bulk Orders

  • For bulk production, we proceed only after your sample approval and confirmation.
  • Since each bulk order is produced exclusively for you, returns or refunds are not accepted once manufacturing has begun.
  • In case of any issue or defect found after delivery, please contact our team within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will review the concern and, if valid, provide an appropriate replacement or rectification.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before production begins. Once fabric is cut or dyeing/printing has started, cancellation is not possible.
  • Any approved cancellations (before production) may incur administrative or material costs, which will be deducted from the advance payment.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if Prasan Innovative is unable to process your order due to unforeseen circumstances from our end.
  • In such cases, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We take utmost care in ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Every garment is inspected thoroughly before dispatch. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned in this Return & Refund Policy.
