No. All our t-shirts undergo a pre-shrunk wash process, which ensures zero shrinkage even after multiple washes.

5. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ depends on the process:

• Per Color: 200 pieces
• Per Design (Print/Embroidery): 200 pieces
• Per Style: 2000 pieces

Within a color, you can include multiple sizes (e.g., S-30, M-50, L-50, XL-40, 2XL-30). We’re flexible for multi-style or multi-SKU orders, so MOQ can be discussed based on your total quantity.

6. Do you provide a catalog?

Since we manufacture fully customized garments, we don’t keep a ready-made catalog. However, you can explore our sample portfolio or share a reference design, and we’ll create your desired style from scratch.

7. Can you replicate a sample I already have?

Absolutely. We can replicate your existing sample in terms of fabric, fit, print, and branding accessories. Note: We do not copy any copyrighted or branded designs.

8. How can I place an order?

Here’s how it works:

• Share your requirements (fabric, color, print, branding, etc.).
• We’ll create and send a sample for your approval.
• Once approved, we begin bulk production.
• You’ll receive continuous updates till dispatch.

9. Do you handle corporate or institutional orders?

Yes. We specialize in corporate, event, and uniform manufacturing — with priority timelines and branding support for bulk requirements.

10. What is the typical production timeline?

For most custom orders, we take 45–60 days from yarn procurement to final dispatch. This includes every stage — knitting, dyeing, printing, stitching, washing, quality check, ironing, and packing — with your approval at each step.

11. How does pricing vary?

Pricing depends on:

• Type of Yarn (Cotton, Supima, Polyester, etc.)

12. Does the price include accessories and transportation?

Customized branding (tags, labels, packaging) can be added at an extra cost ranging from ₹5 to ₹50 per piece. Transportation costs are shared in the Proforma Invoice (PI) and depend on your delivery location.

13. What are the shipping timelines?

South India: 1–2 days
Central India: 2–4 days
North India: 4–6 days
East India: 5–10 days
For international orders, timelines vary based on the destination and shipping mode.

14. Do you provide samples before production?

Yes, we provide samples before final production. We charge for samples to ensure serious inquiries — but the sample cost is adjusted in bulk order. Repeat customers can get samples free of cost.

15. How long does sample production take?

Sample creation typically takes 7–10 days, depending on design complexity and material availability.

16. What is the GST rate on garments?

For garments priced below ₹2500: 5% GST
For garments priced above ₹2500: 18% GST
